Ed Techs does not collect, use, or disclose sensitive personal information as defined under the CPRA (which includes precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, biometric data, health information, sex life, or sexual orientation).
As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:
You have the right to request that we disclose: (a) the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; (b) the categories of sources from which we collected it; (c) the purposes for which we use it; and (d) the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law (such as where retention is required for legal compliance).

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. As noted above, Ed Techs does not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes without consent.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. You will not receive a different level of service, be charged different prices, or be denied goods or services for exercising your rights.
